Our company has the duroplast seat cover production capacity of 500.000 pcs/year by the 7 pcs 500 tonnes and 1 pc 250 tonnes hydraulic presses. We meet this capacity in our factory which covers 500 square meters closed, and 250 square meters open field.

All of our hydraulic presses has the PLC operating systems. For safety, they are equipped with pneumatic safety hooks and double buttons.

Our company can manufacture all kinds of required plastic spare parts by 300gr., proportional control, servo motored injection machine.

Pneumatic controlled 15 and 35 tonnes eccentric presses which are used for spare parts are equipped with automatic feeding system. There is no need for outsourcing for metal parts because of the two eccentric presses, 1 tonne riveting press and semi-automatic thread machine.
